Star Limo Hire has taken some questions that you might need to be answered. Please note the following Packages apply for Star Limo Hire (Stretch Hummers/Stretch Chryslers). Q. Can we see the cars in person?

  • Of course you can, photos are available on our Facebook, and videos in our Gallery but some times you want to see the little extras. We can make appointments to see the cars whenever its suitable for you and if our cars are available.

Q. What occasions are your hummers available for?

  • Our hummers are available for any occasion including, Sydney & Wollongong Weddings, Hens Nights, Bucks Nights, School Formals, Teenage Parties, Corporate Hire, Promotions and Private Tours around Sydney/Wollongong.

Q. What areas do you cover?

  • Star Limo Hire covers all over Sydney including North Shore, Western, Eastern and Southern Suburbs. We also do the Wollongong Area. We also have some suppliers that might go to Shellharbour, Canberra & the Central Coast.

Q. What is included in the Wedding Packages?

  • Our Wedding Packages come complete with: Bottles of Champagne, Light Refreshments, bottles of water, mixture of soft drink cans, Red Carpet, White Ribbon, Tyre Cover, Red Step, Umbrella, Sewing Kit…. All this included at no extra cost to you…

Q. What is the minimum & maximum hire rate for Weddings?

  • We don’t have a minimum hire or maximum hire, when you enquire, simply tell us how many hours you would like to hire the stretch hummer and we will come up with a package to suit your needs and budget, we are very flexible with our rates and we don’t charge for that extra 40 minutes you might be running late or if you want to take photos (*conditions apply)

Q. What are your payment options and booking conditions?

  • Our payment options are simple, if you are both happy with the quotes we agree on. We will ask between 20%- 40% Non- Refundable deposit to secure your hire date/times. The remaining balance is due 5 days before the hire date (if non-cash method) and if paying by cash, it is due at first pick up point for the hire to go ahead.

Q: What is your Cancellation Policy?

  • Upon a cancellation due to any circumstances, we will not refund your initial deposit.However if you are changing the dates to a later date and you hire with us, we can work out something at that stage to ensure you do not lose all your deposit paid, please note in some cases were we may have had enquiries for the date you cancelled, you may only lose 50% of your deposit and the balance can be used for a later date.

Q. Can we smoke in the cars?

  • No, sorry all of our cars are smoke free

Q. What type of payment methods do you accept?

  • We accept : cash (in person), Direct Debit to our St George Bank account (No Fees), Credit Card payments via Pay Pal (3% Surcharge Applies)
